Who we are
smallsolutions was established in July 2009 and is in the process of building up operations. In February 2010 we started the SEED program in central Uganda and are currently working on expanding our operations there. Our team is an impassioned group of individuals dedicated to improving the lives of individuals through social entrepreneurship.
Executive Staff
Leslie Morris
Chief Executive Officer
Leslie has over 17 years of experience in the Construction, Energy, Media and Real Estate industries. He is a trained architect and specialist in project development and project management.
Leslie received his bachelor's degree in International Relations from Stanford University in 1988 and his Masters in Architecture from Columbia University in 1992. Since then he has worked as an architect, entrepreneur, consultant to numerous companies such as EMC, German Telekom, US Department of Energy and assistant professor of architecture at the Brandenburg Technical University at Cottbus in Germany.
Leslie is skilled in project planning, development, management, monitoring and evalution and training. He has lived and worked in Kenya, France and the UK and currently resides in Germany. He is fluent in English and German and conversational in French.
